We are always looking for reliable and dedicated care staff to cover many aspects of our care service in the community.
We supply a vast amount of mandatory and induction training programmes which each care worker will be required to undertake to ensure they are in line with our training policy and with current legislation and regulations.
We are working hard to ensure that 90% of our care workers have achieved their NVQ level 2/3 in Social Care qualification within the first year of joining us.
