Select Medicare was established in 1997 by Jennifer Wrightson who was joined in 1999 by Rachel Poole as Director and Registered Manager & Provider to build and provide a professional, reliable and quality care service.

 

We believe that people are happiest when they are cared for in their own home and work hard to consistently provide a very high quality service.

 

Our office based recruitment team is totally committed to providing a professional and quality service to their service users and care staff. All care staff undergo a comprehensive recruitment and vetting procedure and undergone the mandatory and induction training programme. All our care staff are regularly supervised to ensure that our quality of care is always of a high calibre.

 

We are corporate members of the REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation) and are ‘Investors in People’ accredited and have won awards for our excellent customer service.

 

Select Medicare is registered and inspected by the Care Quality Commission to a consistently good standard.
